Rohit Joshi (Past Speaker)

Rohit is the Group Head of Talent Acquisition (excluding executive hiring) for Coca Cola Hellenic. He started his career with Infosys and over the past 13 years has lived in and worked across Asia (India, Japan, Philippines) and Europe (UK, Netherlands). Over these years, he has held multiple roles across industries (Healthcare, Technology, FMCG) from being a Recruiter to being a Country TA Manager to heading up a Regional TA team. He believes that the future of TA lies in talent networks, customized candidate experiences, and analytics.
