As HR Director CEE, Reinhard is leading a team of strategic HR Business Partners as well as leading the  Talent Management & Development function across the CEE area of 33 countries.

Key focus is on Organizational and Talent Development as well as supporting the Leaders on the cultural and digital transformation journey of Microsoft.

Reinhard is based in Munich and had various HR and Talent Acquisition Leadership positions within Microsoft since 2005.
