Navid Nazemian is a certified Executive Coach, a University Lecturer and a Global Head of HR. He gained professional experience in commercial roles before moving to a function he is deeply passionate about; Human Resources. Through his own background in multinational blue chip companies, he has developed a deep appreciation for the challenges that senior leaders often face in commercially pressurised and volatile matrix environments. Navid is a cross-culturally experienced HR leader with two decades of progressive experience having worked for iconic brands such as Adidas, GE, BAT, Roche and Vodafone, holding local, area, regional & global leadership positions in five countries.
