Micheal Conneely (Past Speaker)

Micheal is  Head of Talent Management at the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) since late 2015. He and the Talent Management team are focused on ensuring the OSCE can attract, manage, develop and retain the best talent. Strengthening the integration of diversity in talent management is a key driver of  work.   Micheal is also currently holding an additional assignment as the Head of Transformation. 

Prior to the role in the OSCE Secretariat, Micheal worked with the OSCE in its field operation in Bosnia & Herzegovina . His career prior to the OSCE included a number of HR and Operations roles. His experience includes overseas roles in Europe and the Middle East. Micheal is an experienced  HR Leader committed to achieving excellence through inclusive teams and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
