Khatia is a senior executive with + 15 years of experience in Individual & Team development, as well as Organisation transformation. She is a trusted advisor to CEOs, mobilizing teams worldwide to co-create and drive transformation.

Today, she is co-leading a major transformation project targeting more agility & customer centricity in one of the top companies of the chemical industry, Solvay.

Prior to joining Solvay in 2015 as HR Director, she worked as European HR Director at Redcats, a holding company of 17 brands specialized in international online fashion and home furnishing distribution. She started her career working at British Telecom in sales for 6 years, before moving to Leadership and Talent development for an additional 6 years.
