Irmgard Naudin ten Cate (Past Speaker)

Irmgard is EY’s Recruiting Director for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA), as well as the Global Assurance Recruiting Leader. Her role is to drive strategic improvements and consistent implementation of EY's recruiting ethos and recruitment brand throughout the 10 EMEIA regions. She is also a member of the Global Recruiting Center of Excellence leadership team and the EMEIA Talent Executive.

Based in the Netherlands, married to Denis and proud mother of three, Irmgard graduated with a Masters in Law from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
