Helen Williams (Past Speaker)

As head of performance development at Equinor, Helen is responsible for performance development for Equinor’s 20,000 employees across 30 countries.  Her focus is on developing Equinor’s performance culture and career development opportunities to maximize the opportunity to grow and thrive in this volatile, complex business environment.  Prior to joining the corporate function, Helen had several business focused HR roles in Equinor.  Before joining Equinor in 2009, Helen was HR Manager for the four Tate.
