Gitta Blatt (Past Speaker)

Gitta Blatt joined Dentsu Aegis Network Germany in April 2018 as Human Resources Director and member of the Executive Board. She is also member of the group’s European Steering Committee and the Global Transformation Team. In her role Gitta is responsible for the people strategy of Dentsu Aegis Network Germany with its’ Brands Carat, dentsu X, iProspect, Isobar, MKTG, Posterscope, Vizeum as well as further locally specialized agencies. Gitta started her career at Bigpoint and AOL Time Warner before joining the international Gaming-StartUp wooga in Berlin, where she spent three years as Head of People. Before joining Dentsu Aegis Network she worked at Sky Deutschland as Executive Vice President HR and Organisation where she played a major role in the company’s digital transformation and cultural change journey.
