Geoffrey Matthews (Past Speaker)

Geoffrey Matthews is a researcher, consultant, speaker and coach with an extensive background in Rewards, OD, Employee Engagement and Strategic HR. He was the global head of Rewards at Roche, Serono and – till recently – Nestlé, and has previously also held senior HR leadership roles covering HR strategy, OD, HR business partnering and centres of expertise.  Geoff has considerable experience in driving transformational change, regularly produces expert reports for the Corporate Research Forum (CRF), and is co-author of Engaged: Unleashing Your Organization’s Potential Through Employee Engagement (2012) which was shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year Award.
