Courtney Abraham (Past Speaker)

As the Global Head of Talent Strategy and Development for The Adecco Group in Zurich, Switzerland, Courtney has overall responsibility for the talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, succession and leadership development in The Adecco Group, including create the strategy for accelerating talent, inclusive of high potential programs, performance management and internal mobility. 

Courtney was most previously the SVP, Talent Management, for North America and responsible for accelerating the focus on culture.  In her tenure, she brought a common language using the Birkman Method, changed traditional learning from lecture to experiential camp, created cross functional Recognition Councils and was relentless in her personal passion to create impactful interventions, cultural programs and talent initiatives that increase engagement for all colleagues.  Her years of experience as a dynamic, multi-discipline executive include experience with high tech consulting, retail and insurance industries.  

As a magnetic female leader, Courtney is often invited to engage with audiences of University students to professional associations and conferences, including Gartner CEB, HR360, Birkman International, Society for Emotional Intelligence, the Human Capital Institute, The Training Magazine, International Society for Performance Improvement and the OD Network.  Courtney is a former board member for two USA organizations.
